Over the past year since the last batch of dirty air filters I posted, I’ve accumulated pictures of a few more impressively filthy filters.
This is pretty typical for a Honda cabin air filter after 20 or 30,000 miles.
This one has definitely been in for longer than the previous one.
Something things this filter is tasty.
A pretty big animal nest was waiting on top of this filter when I pulled it out.
I guess the top of the cabin air filter is a good place to eat nuts.
This is by far the worst cabin air filter I’ve ever seen. The owner declined getting it replaced, hopefully just because they couldn’t afford it, but instead of putting them back in I just threw them out, because I figured no filter is better than no airflow.
