Sometimes cars seem to have a sense of humor. I was looking over a Honda CR-V that was well past its prime. It was close to 200,000 miles, and had a lot of problems.
When I was all done with it, I shut the hood and walked over to the driver’s door to pull it outside. As I moved from the front of the car, I heard something fall. I looked back to find that the front Honda emblem had just fallen off a few seconds after I shut the hood. The fact that it didn’t fall off right when the hood closed made it just like what would happen in a cartoon. I think the car knows that it’s junk.
