Bad Vibration in the Winter

If you notice that your car suddenly has a really bad shake or vibration, if it’s winter, it may not be a major mechanical issue.

When there’s a lot of snow, it can get packed on the inside or outside of your wheel.  When there’s enough of this built up, it will throw off the balance of the wheel, causing it to shake as you drive. The wheel pictured here made a pretty good shake at 50 MPH, but was completely fine once I removed the snow and ice.
