Bolts don’t always come out. Parts don’t always want to come off. This happens a lot here in New York, in the rust belt.
It’s times like these that the last resort is total destruction. Whether that means the torch, a grinder, or drill, sometimes the only way to get something apart is by destroying it. This particular bolt was holding a piece of trim on the tailgate of an Odyssey. The metal part it screwed into on the plastic trim just started spinning, so I had to put a carbide grinding burr on my die grinder and just cut into it until the bolt head popped off.
