Even if it means less business for mechanics, it’s good to know how to do basic maintenance on your car. One of the things you should know how to do is change wiper blades. It’s pretty easy, but somehow people can mess it up in strange ways.

I was checking over a car, and was intrigued by the unusual wiper blades. Instead of rubber, they seemed to be made of plastic.

Then I saw what the car’s owner obviously had not. The wipers they had installed came with protective covers, and even said on theme “remove protective cover before use.”
