One of the other techs in the shop was looking over a used car and found a few tools, including a special screwdriver.
It’s a Yankee Handyman screwdriver. I’d heard of these but had never seen one in person. It can be used for driving screws or drilling. You push forward on the handle, and the mechanisms inside it turn the bit in the direction you chose. This looks fairly well used and a bit aged, and it has the Stanley logo on it. If anyone knows when this might be from, I’d love to know.
