There are ways to lower the ride height of your car that aren’t that bad. This was not one of those ways.
Changing the length of your springs is the main way to change your ride height, but usually people either buy shorter springs, or they cut out part of the spring.
But that’s not what this owner did. They had their springs heated up and bent, which is really not a good thing to do. You can see that some parts are even touching each other. I would not be surprised if this didn’t ride very well.
And a common side effect of ride height modification is irregular tire wear, often making you wear through a set of tires much quicker than usual. Unless you know what you’re doing, lowering or raising your vehicle isn’t going to be that practical in the long run.
