Bad Dipstick Location

In yet another edition of “what was the engineer thinking?” we have an example from Ford.

On this Mustang, the dipstick is located right below the strut tower brace, the bar going across the engine bay above the engine, making it inconvenient to check the oil level. Now this one I can understand. The engine probably wasn’t designed with the strut tower brace in mind, it just so happened that the dipstick was located in exactly the right place to be annoying.
