This is the time of year when people get snow tires put on their car, sometimes on a second set of plain steel wheels. A lot of times this looks to me as if they have off-road tires, because of the aggressive snow tread.

Making an off-road Prius would be weird, but with the plain black wheels, big tread, and suspension hanging low because it’s on the lift, this looks really good to me. If I had the money, time, and knowledge, I wouldn’t be surprised if I would do this sometime.
